About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own CAVA’s visual storytelling across shoots, styling, and digital platforms. If you live for mood boards, can turn a product shoot into a brand moment, and thrive in high-energy fashion environments—this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Style & direct all e-com, editorial & campaign shoots
• Drive homepage and listing visuals for brand consistency
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
• Build a strong network of creators, stylists & editors
• Manage budgets smartly without compromising quality
• Track competitor trends & present creative directions
• Own monthly feedback decks & content performance

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in fashion styling/visual content (D2C or agency)
• A sharp eye for detail & deep fashion sensibility
• Strong portfolio across formats
• Passion, hustle, and a love for aesthetics
