Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for developing and executing strategies to create vibrant, inclusive, and thriving communities around brand – CAVA Athleisure


Community Strategy Development

  • Develop a comprehensive community-building strategy aligned with the organization's values, objectives, and target audience
  • Identify key opportunities for community engagement and growth in offline space
  • Establish clear goals and metrics to measure the success and impact of community initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, local residents, businesses, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and interests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate community-building efforts into overall business operations
  • Represent the organization at community events, forums, and gatherings to enhance visibility and credibility

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and community leaders to amplify the reach and impact of community initiatives
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with third-party vendors, sponsors, and collaborators to support community events and activities
  • Identify opportunities for co-branded collaborations and promotional campaigns that align with the organization's values and objectives

Metrics & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Utilize data and feedback to continuously optimize community-building strategies and initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the impact and effectiveness of community initiatives to internal stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in community building, marketing, or related roles within the retail industry
  • Knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with community management platforms and social media management tools is a plus
