Inside CAVA Club
We often keep asking ourselves a simple question, what actually keeps someone coming back to Cava?
Not thinking in terms of first purchases, but what makes someone want to show up again and again, without being chased by offers. And the answer we kept landing on was what value we add in people’s lives apart from our products and service.
We have been building out Cava Club around the activities our community already shows up for - padel, pickleball, tennis, gym sessions, HIIT, weightlifting, running. It is like getting like-minded people in a room together.
What we noticed pretty quickly is that the energy in those sessions doesn't come from us. It comes from the people who have turned up consistently, pushed each other a little, and start recognising faces! We can only build the space for it to happen.
What we are building toward is something we believe matters more than loyalty in the traditional sense, early access to drops, first looks at what we are working on, invites to community events are part of it, sure. But underneath all of that is something simpler, a community, a sense of belonging.
Our role is to create more such spaces where our people engage with each other and with the brand. Here is a sneak peek of our recent events at The CAVA Club.

CAVA is all about movement and feeling youthful, and this time, it took us all the way to Bali with Sosh. Five days of moving, exploring, connecting and being fully in the moment.
It'll be because of what happens after someone shows up for the first time and decides to come back. And we will continue to create a place where people like they belong.
