Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Exchanges are allowed for size, colour, fit, or change of mind.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and the original bill intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Items purchased during sale events such as B1G1, B2G1, Flash sales or at a discount of 50% or more will not be eligible for product or size exchanges.

Retail store purchases can only be exchanged in-store.

Activewear products are subject to strict hygiene checks. Items not meeting our QC standards will not be accepted for exchange.
Return Policy

We do not offer standard refunds on retail store purchases.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be approved within 7 days of purchase, at management discretion. Items must be unused, with tags and the original bill intact.

For requests made between 7 to 15 days, a credit note (valid for 3 months from the date of issue) will be provided in place of a refund.

How to initiate a return or exchange

Visit your nearest Cava store with the product you wish to return / exchange along with the tags and original bill intact.
