Return & Exchange Policy - Cava Retail Store

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, colour, fit, or change of mind.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and the original bill intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

  • Items purchased during sale events such as B1G1, B2G1, Flash sales or at a discount of 50% or more will not be eligible for product or size exchanges.

  • Retail store purchases can only be exchanged in-store.

  • Activewear products are subject to strict hygiene checks. Items not meeting our QC standards will not be accepted for exchange.


Return Policy

  • We do not offer standard refunds on retail store purchases.

  • In exceptional cases, refunds may be approved within 7 days of purchase, at management discretion. Items must be unused, with tags and the original bill intact.

  • For requests made between 7 to 15 days, a credit note (valid for 3 months from the date of issue) will be provided in place of a refund.

  • Items purchased during sale events such as B1G1, B2G1, Flash sales or at a discount of 50% or more will not be eligible for returns and refunds.

  • Retail store purchases can only be returned in-store.

  • Activewear products are subject to strict hygiene checks. Items not meeting our QC standards will not be accepted for return or exchange.


How to initiate a return or exchange

  • Visit your nearest Cava store with the product you wish to return / exchange along with the tags and original bill intact.
