Return/Exchange Policy
At Cava Athleisure, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return process with a few simple terms:
Exchange Policy
Orders placed during the Flash Sale will not be eligible for product or size exchanges.

1-Time Free Exchange: We offer a one-time free size/product exchange per order. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase.

2nd Exchange (Same Order): If you wish to exchange the product again from the same order, an additional ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable.

Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Product Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Return Policy
Orders placed during the Flash Sale will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method. We will initiate refund process within 48 hours after the product is pickedup. It may take upto 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

COD Orders: Returns for Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as store credit only.

Shipping Fees & COD Charges: Please note that shipping charges and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable in case of returns.

Missing Product or Order Issues: Make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Reverse Pickups

Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.

Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product via India Post. We will reimburse ₹70 towards shipping cost incase of self ship once the product passes quality check.

Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
General Guidelines

Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items purchased during any special events like Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1), Buy 2 Get 1 (B2G1), or items bought at a discount of 50% or more, will not be eligible for returns. We’ll only allow size exchanges on these, subject to availability. Please refer to the discount code T&Cs while purchasing.

Activewear products are subject to strict hygiene checks. Items not meeting our QC standards will not be accepted for return or exchange.
