Job Overview:
We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to expand our customer reach through strategic partnerships and network marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in affiliate management, a strong network within the publisher ecosystem, and a proven track record of working with major digital payment or coupon delivery platforms (e.g., Google Pay, Paytm) or other high-traffic affiliates. This role will focus on acquiring new customers, boosting revenue, and managing affiliate relationships to enhance our brand’s presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize Cava Athleisure’s affiliate marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue through publisher networks.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring alignment with our brand and customer profile.
- Build and manage relationships with high-traffic affiliates and publishers, including digital payment platforms and major affiliate networks.
- Negotiate partnership terms and promotional agreements with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, generating insights to improve conversion rates and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Creative) to develop promotional content, offers, and campaign strategies tailored to each affiliate channel.
- Stay updated with industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and competitive strategies to keep our programs innovative and effective.
- Manage affiliate budgets and ensure ROI-focused campaign execution.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing recommendations for program growth and optimization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on scaling D2C businesses.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing partnerships with publisher networks and high-traffic affiliates, especially with companies like Google Pay or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, marketing analytics tools, and performance reporting.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
