Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for generating revenue by selling products offline. The incumbent will primarily engage with potential customers face-to-face and understand customer needs, promoting products, negotiating terms, and closing deals.


  • Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products being offered
  • Handle pop-ups & exhibitions for CAVA Athleisure
  • Close sales by overcoming objections, building rapport, and demonstrating value to the customer
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Gather feedback from customers and competitors to provide insights for product development and sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, opportunities, and sales outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and achieve targets.
  • End-to-end successful execution of the offline sales activity, from carrying stock, to sales to arranging return of the stock to the warehouse

Qualification and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
