1. How do I order?

2. What are the payment options?

We accept payments through GooglePay, Paytm, PhonePe, Online bank transfers and credit card payments. We also provide Cash on Delivery facilities.

 

3. What are the delivery charges?

We charge for shipping based on your postal code (Rs 100-150). We also have an option of express shipping with delivery within 2-3 days.

 

4. Do you take custom orders?

No, we don’t offer customisations as we have a large scale manufacturing unit. 

 

5. What fabrics do you use?

We use a 100% BCI cotton in our range and recycled polyester fabrics of premium quality.

 

6. Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we accept exchanges. Please refer to the exchange policy for further details.
