Q: Is this a physical or digital gift card?
A: We will send a physical card to the address entered at the time of checkout. Additionally, a digital copy will be sent to both the number and email entered during the order.

Q: Can you purchase a gift card along with other products?
A: Yes.

Q: Can you add a discount coupon code on checkout towards the payment of a gift card order?
A: No.

Q: What payment methods can we use to order a gift card?
A: You can pay through GooglePay, Paytm, PhonePe, Online bank transfers, and debit or credit cards. However, Cash On Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Q: Can you purchase more than one quantity of the gift card in a single order?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: What is the expiration date of a gift card?
A: The gift card will expire within 1 year of issue.

Q: Can you cancel, refund, or replace a gift card?
A: No. Cancellations & returns are not permitted.

Q: Can you return or replace the products bought through the gift card?
A: You cannot return the product, but it can be exchanged.

Q: Which products are eligible to be bought with the gift card?
A: All CAVA Athleisure products.

Q: What denominations are available for the CAVA Gift Cards?
A: Rs. 2,000, 2,500, 5,500, & 7,500.

Q: Can I personalize the CAVA Gift Card with a message or the recipient's name?
A: Yes. You can enter the message under the Custom Gift Note section.

Q: How can I redeem the CAVA Gift Card?
A: You will receive a unique voucher code in your inbox. Visit the website, add the products to the cart, and enter the provided unique card code in the gift card section during checkout.

Q: What if the purchase amount exceeds the value of the CAVA Gift Card?
A: The amount of the gift card will be deducted, and you can pay the remaining amount through our regular payment options, including COD.

Q: What if the purchase amount is less than the value of the CAVA Gift Card?
A: The purchase amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be on the card, which you can use until the date of expiration.

Q: Are there any restrictions on using the CAVA Gift Card during sales or promotions?
A: No.

Q: What happens if I lose my CAVA Gift Card?
A: In addition to the physical card, we've also sent you a digital version to the email ID you provided during the purchase.

Q: Do CAVA Gift Cards come with any special packaging or presentation options?
A: Yes. The gift card arrives in a cute little box, beautifully adorned. Plus, we will also include a special surprise from us because, at CAVA, your gifting experience matters just as much as the gift itself.
