Cava Athleisure is a fast-growing D2C activewear brand based in Bangalore. Post Series A, we're building the systems, teams, and culture to support our next phase of growth. The People & Culture function sits at the centre of that — and this role is a key part of it.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who can own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions simultaneously. This is a hands-on role in a lean team — you'll be coordinating across hiring managers, agencies, and candidates while keeping the pipeline organised, moving, and well-documented. You'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and contribute to broader HR and People & Culture initiatives beyond just recruitment.

What You'll Own

• Sourcing candidates across channels — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies
• Screening CVs and conducting first-level calls to assess fit
• Coordinating interview schedules across hiring managers and candidates
• Managing candidate communication throughout the process — from first contact to offer
• Maintaining a clean, up-to-date talent tracker at all times
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies and managing submissions
• Supporting offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining coordination
• Flagging pipeline blockers proactively and keeping things moving
• Partnering with the HR team on broader People & Culture initiatives — onboarding, engagement, and day-to-day people ops

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordinator role
• Exceptional communication skills — clear, warm, and responsive in every interaction
• Highly organised — you build systems naturally and don't let things slip
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles and stakeholders simultaneously
• Understanding of what good hiring looks like beyond just filling seats
• Interested in HR and people ops broadly, not just recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS tools, Google Sheets, or similar tracking systems
• Comfortable in a startup or fast-paced environment
